 Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has greeted and saluted the teaching community on 31-Dec-2016. The Prime Minister also paid tributes to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.

The Prime Minister said.Prime Minister Narendra Modi has tweeted that his next "‘Desh Ke Naam Sandesh’ " radio show will be on school and competitive exams. Days after his joint radio address with US President Barack Obama, PM Modi has once again invited feedback from the public.

"Was thinking about this month's radio prog & thought...why not share ‘Desh Ke Naam Sandesh’  with students preparing for board & competitive exams," PM Modi tweeted.

"I urge students, parents & teachers to share exam experiences that would inspire youngsters & even motivate them in exam preparation", he had said in an another tweet.

The HRD Ministry had issued a circular on the CBSE website, urging students and teachers to tune in to AIR at 8 pm on Sunday.
